1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once an order is placed, we will send an email confirmation. A binding agreement is formed when you receive this confirmation. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@posterinc.com.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices on the Website are stated in USD and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping fees, payment fees, or customs charges (where applicable) will be listed separately at checkout.

We accept multiple payment methods displayed at checkout. Poster Inc. reserves the right to change available payment options or cancel an order if a selected payment method cannot be processed.

4. DELIVERY

We ship from our fulfillment center in Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (within the U.S.)

  • Canvas prints: Made to order and delivered in 5–10 business days

We aim to dispatch orders within one business day. However, during high-volume periods or due to carrier delays, it may take 1–2 additional days.

If delivery is delayed significantly, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Uncollected Packages

If your order is returned to us due to non-collection, a fee of $24.99 USD may apply to cover return shipping and handling. This does not affect your right to cancel within 14 days.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return:

  • Email info@posterinc.com or use the return form on our Website

  • Provide your name, order number, and relevant details

  • Return the product in its original condition and packaging

The return shipping cost of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund. For canvases, a return fee of $22.99 applies unless the return is arranged independently.

Exceptions:

  • Customized products and personal prints (e.g., personalized posters or photos) are not eligible for return.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the product’s condition during return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

We offer a 3-year complaint period in accordance with consumer protection laws.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@posterinc.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the nature of the defect.
