How Long Does Delivery Take?
Shipping within the United States typically takes 2–4 business days.
We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Columbus, Ohio. Once your order is processed and packed, it usually leaves our warehouse within 1 business day. However, during high-volume periods or carrier delays, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

If your order cannot be delivered directly to your home address, it may be redirected to the nearest pickup point.

Canvas prints are made to order and ship separately from our print partner. Delivery for canvases may take 4–7 business days.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, first double-check your delivery address and order confirmation. If all info is correct, please contact our customer service team within 30 business days of placing your order — we’ll be happy to help!
Didn’t Receive an Order Confirmation?
If you placed an order but haven’t received an order confirmation, it’s possible that your email address was entered incorrectly.
Please contact us at info@posterinc.com with your full name and any details you remember from your order. We’ll check our system and update your email if needed, then send you the confirmation.
In some cases, your order may not have gone through, so be sure to reach out before placing a new one to avoid duplicates.
How Do I Return My Order?
You can initiate a return easily by clicking "Create a Return" on our returns page. Once registered, you’ll receive an email with all necessary instructions and your return shipping label.

A flat $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are sent back to our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio.

Please make sure your items are well-packaged — preferably in their original box.
Special Return Notes:
Can I return a Poster Inc. pen?
Yes, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.
Returning a Collage Kit?
The full set of 20 prints must be returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Returning Multiple Orders Together?
We allow a maximum of 2 different orders in one return parcel. Please include a note clearly stating the order numbers and which items belong to each order.
Returning Canvases or Cushion Covers?

For canvas returns (except size 40" x 55"), a $22.99 return fee applies if you use our shipping label.

For size 40" x 55", you will need to arrange and cover the return shipping on your own.
Personalized Posters or Photos?
As these items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized products or posters in size 100x150 cm.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it in time. Please contact us immediately by email.
If your order was placed after business hours or over the weekend, send us an email and we’ll try to catch it first thing the next business day.
