I did not receive an order confirmation email?

If you have placed an order with Poster Inc and didn’t received an order confirmation email, then is mostly that you have filled in the wrong email address. Please contact us throw our contact for or email at info@posterinc.com and we will send your order confirmation within 24 hours.

Also don’t forget to check your trash box.

What if I regret my order?

If you regret you purchase with us contact us as soon as possible through our Contact form or send us an email at info@posterinc.com. If we have not yet print and packed your order we can refund it immediately. If we have print your order and packed it and sent to you you have to wait to receive it first and then send it back as an return.

Can I return posters and frames after I unpacked it?

No, after they have been taken out of the original factory packaging you can’t return it. We ONLY accept products that are in original state.

When the frames and posters still in their original factory packaging and you want to do a return. Read below “ How to make a return”. When we receive the products, we will refund them.

In case the product are factory damage, transport damage or any other type of damage, please send us a claim to info@posterinc.com. In case the product has been damage is only visible after the product have been unpackaged other rules apply. Take a picture of the damage and include them in your claim email. In case of transport damage, please also send pictures of the tube/box in which you received your products.

How do I make an return.

The customer are responsible for shipping costs and postage. The parcel need to be packages the exactly same way as it was when you received it from Poster Inc. Is an absolute must to re-roll the posters in the protective paper since it ensures they do not shift during transit. When you’re re-rolled the posters in the paper it come with, you are going to use the sticky tape so we easily can take it out of the tube upon arrival. Send us an email at info@posterinc.com and tell us what you are returning and the reason you are returning the product and the order number. When the product has arrived to us and the product are in perfect shape and we have confirm it we will refund you the money and send an confirming email.

What do I do if my products and package was damaged?

If your products and package was damaged upon arrival contact us as soon as possible with picture of the damaged package and the damaged products. You can contact us by sending us an email info@posterinc.com. When we got the picture of the damaged package and products and accept the faults we will send you a new package and arrange for the damaged products and good to be return to Poster Inc.

Exchange a product?

Can you exchange a product to us? If you want to exchange a product for another product is a similar process like a ordinary return. The product will be return must be in is original packaging and condition. We will refund you the money as soon as we receive the product and then you can make a new purchase in our web shop at www.posterinc.com.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

For goods and product that are returned to us because the customer has not collected the goods/products, we will charge a fee of $25 to cover our packaging fee and cost of return shipping.

If the invoice Is not payed within 15 days we will sell the invoice to a debt collection.
